The BMPS 2023 League Stage recently came to an end after three weeks of intense competition among 96 teams. The overall scoreboard was determined based on the points earned by the participants throughout this stage. Out of the 96 teams, only the top 16 have secured their spots in the Grand Finals, which will take place from December 15 to December 17, 2023, in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Leading the pack in the League Stage was Team Insane, led by Aadi, who emerged as the star performer. They were the only squad to score over 300 points, amassing a total of 328 points, including eight Chicken Dinners and 116 finishes. Blind Esports and Growing Strong claimed the second and third positions, respectively, with impressive performances.
Defending champion, Team Soul, also showcased their brilliance and secured the fourth position with 233 points. Having been consistent throughout the League Stage, they are now aiming for their second consecutive Pro Series title.
Other notable teams that have qualified for the Grand Finals include Hydra Officials, Autobotz Esports, Genxfm, Psyche Glitch, Team XSpark, Team Together Esports, Revenant Esports, 8BitCS, Gladiators Esports, Entity Gaming, and Numen Gaming.
However, not all experienced clubs made it through, as some faced elimination from the competition. GodLike Esports, for example, finished 20th with 171 points, failing to advance to the next round. Global Esports also had a mediocre event, ending up in 23rd position with 168 points.
The Grand Finals of BMPS 2023 promise to be an exciting event, with the qualified teams battling it out for a hefty prize pool of ₹1 crore. Fans eagerly await the clash between these top-tier teams in the world of esports.
