The 2024 Honda Grom has recently been unveiled in the Japanese market, showcasing a significant facelift for Honda’s beloved two-wheeler. One of the most noticeable changes is the new bodywork, which gives the Grom a more mature and appealing look. The redesigned headlight cluster, chunky fuel tank, and sleek side panels contribute to the bike’s enhanced visual appeal. The minimalistic tail section adds to the overall attractiveness of the Grom.
In terms of color options, the 2024 Honda Grom now comes in two new variants: Pearl Horizon White and Matte Gunpowder Black. Underneath the updated bodywork, the Grom features a steel mono-backbone frame, suspended by a USD fork and a monoshock. The bike is equipped with alloy wheels, fitted with a 120-section tire at the front and a 130-section tire at the rear.
Powering the Grom is a 124cc, single-cylinder engine, capable of producing 10bhp and 11.1Nm of torque. It is paired with a five-speed transmission, ensuring a smooth and efficient ride. Although the Honda Grom was never officially launched in India, the evolving Indian market for two-wheelers may prompt Honda to consider introducing the Grom. With its compact size and urban-friendly features, the Grom could serve as an excellent option for city commuting, potentially filling the void left by the discontinued Honda Navi.
While the exact pricing details for the 2024 Honda Grom in India have not been announced, it is estimated to fall in the range of ₹80 Thousand to ₹1 Lakh. As the Indian market continues to embrace diverse styles of two-wheelers, the arrival of the Honda Grom would undoubtedly generate excitement among enthusiasts and urban riders alike.
