Hero MotoCorp has recently launched the updated version of its premium commuter motorcycle, the Glamour 125, in India for the year 2023. The new model comes with a price tag of Rs 82,348 for the drum brake variant and Rs 86,348 for the disc brake variant (ex-showroom prices).
The focus of the updates for the Glamour 125 has been on enhancing its features and ergonomics. One notable addition is the digital instrument cluster, which provides riders with real-time mileage information. Additionally, riders now have the convenience of a mobile charging port, allowing them to charge their smartphones on the go.
Another smart feature that has been carried over from the previous model is the idle start-stop system. This system automatically turns off the engine if it remains idle for a few seconds, contributing to improved fuel efficiency.
Hero MotoCorp has also made comfort-focused changes to the Glamour 125. The seat height has been reduced by 8mm for the rider and 17mm for the pillion, making it easier for riders to mount and dismount the bike. The fuel tank has been redesigned to have a flatter profile, and the single-piece seat now offers more space for both the rider and pillion.
Under the hood, the Glamour 125 retains its 124.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, delivering 10.72bhp at 7,500rpm and 10.6Nm at 6,000rpm. The engine is mated to a five-speed gearbox. The bike features a diamond-type frame and rides on 18-inch alloy wheels, supported by telescopic forks and dual springs.
The Glamour 125 is available in three attractive color options: Candy Blazing Red, Techno Blue-Black, and Sports Red-Black.
With its updated features, improved ergonomics, and competitive pricing, the 2023 Glamour 125 from Hero MotoCorp is set to impress riders looking for a stylish and efficient commuter motorcycle.
