Medal Esports Signs BGMI Pro Darklord Ahead of BGIS 2024
Medal Esports has made a significant addition to their Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) lineup by signing BGMI pro Darklord. With his extensive experience competing in big tournaments and representing organizations like Global Esports and Team XSpark, Darklord’s addition is expected to strengthen the team.
The Strong BGMI Squad
Medal Esports already features two veterans in their BGMI squad: Encore and Paradox. This renowned duo has been playing together for a long time, and their partnership has proven successful. With the addition of Darklord, the roster looks strong on paper and has the potential to capture the BGIS 2024 title.
Upcoming Challenges and Objectives
Medal Esports’ BGMI squad is currently competing in third-party tournaments like the Upthrust BGMI India Rising and the Lidoma Masters Showdown. They are also preparing for the Skyesports Mobile Open 2024, a highly anticipated event with a ₹10 prize pool. These tournaments will serve as opportunities for the newly completed roster to build confidence and perform well.
However, their main objective is to excel in the BGIS 2024 and secure their first official major trophy. In previous years, Medal Esports faced challenges and could not achieve podium finishes in major events. They did show some resistance in the BGIS 2023 and BGMS Season 2, securing sixth place in both tournaments. They also participated in the BGMI India vs South Korea Invitational, where Kyoya stood out as one of the best individual performers.
Despite setbacks in the past, Medal Esports is determined to make their campaign successful in 2024. With the addition of Darklord, they aim to overcome previous disappointments and establish themselves as strong contenders in the BGIS.
