The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer key for the UGC NET December 2023 exam. Eligible candidates can download the answer key and raise objections on the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in. The UGC NET December 2023 exam was conducted from December 6 to 14, 2023, in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
Candidates who are not satisfied with the answer key can challenge it by paying a fee of ₹200/- per question. The deadline to raise objections is January 5, 2024, until 11.50 PM. The challenges made by the candidates will be verified by a panel of subject experts. If any challenge is found correct, the answer key will be revised and applied to all candidates. The final answer key will be used to prepare and declare the result.
To download the UGC NET answer key, candidates need to visit the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in and click on ‘Candidate Login – December 2023’. After entering their registration details and logging in, they can click on the link to view/download the answer key. The provisional answer key will appear on the screen, and candidates can download and take a printout.

The marking scheme for UGC NET December 2023 includes 2 marks for a correct answer, 0 marks for an incorrect answer, and no negative marking.
