Skoda Slavia Style Edition

Skoda has recently introduced the Skoda Slavia Style Edition, a limited edition variant of the popular sedan. Limited to only 500 units, this edition is based on the top-spec Style trim and comes with a price tag of Rs 19.13 lakh (ex-showroom pan-India), which is a premium of Rs 30,000 over the standard Style variant.

The Skoda Slavia Style Edition stands out from the regular variants of the sedan with its unique features. It sports an ‘Edition’ badge on the black B-pillars, blacked-out ORVM housings, and a black roof. The exterior paint options are limited to Candy White, Tornado Red, and Brilliant Silver. Inside, the Slavia Style Edition features the ‘Slavia’ insignia on the sill plate and the ‘Edition’ moniker on the bottom portion of the steering wheel. Additionally, it comes with a dual-camera dashcam and puddle lamps as new features.

Under the hood, the Slavia Style Edition is powered by a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine generating 150 PS of power and 250 Nm of torque. It is paired with a 7-speed DCT (dual-clutch automatic transmission). The standard variants of the sedan offer a choice between a smaller 1-litre turbo-petrol engine and a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission.

The Skoda Slavia Style Edition is priced competitively between Rs 11.53 lakh and Rs 19.13 lakh (ex-showroom pan-India). While it doesn’t have any direct rivals, it competes with other compact sedans such as the Hyundai Verna, Volkswagen Virtus, Honda City, and Maruti Ciaz.

Overall, the Skoda Slavia Style Edition offers a limited edition variant with added style and features, making it an attractive choice for those seeking a unique and premium sedan experience.
