Day 2 Recap of BGMI OnePlus Dominate Arena: WSB Gaming Takes the Lead
The second day of the BGMI OnePlus Dominate Arena, held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, brought some exciting action and surprising results. WSB Gaming showcased their consistency and claimed the top spot with 91 points, while Orangutan Gaming jumped to second place with 89 points and three Chicken Dinners. Mythic Esports made a strong comeback on Day 2, securing the third position with 88 points in the overall standings. However, Uprising Esports had a disappointing run and slipped to fourth place with 70 points.
Reckoning Esports, led by Punk, finished sixth with 60 points, while Revenant, Team Forever, and 8Bit scored 53, 47, and 45 points, respectively. GodLike Esports struggled on Day 2 and slipped to 12th place with 45 points, despite notching up 33 kills. Team Zero, Alibaba Raiders, and Gujarat Tigers collected 38, 35, and 17 points, respectively, occupying the bottom positions.
The results of Day 2 showcased some thrilling matches. In the sixth match on Erangel, Mystic Esports delivered a fantastic 21-point win, while Reckoning Esports claimed 12 points. Team Zero and WSB Gaming secured 11 and 10 points, respectively. Unfortunately, GodLike Esports was eliminated early and didn’t score any points.
On Miramar, Orangutan Gaming secured a commendable 13-point Chicken Dinner, with Akop and Wizzgod leading the charge with five and four kills, respectively. Galaxy Esports followed closely with 11 points. However, GodLike Esports could only manage two points, and Revenant Esports didn’t make it to the leaderboard.
Mystic Esports continued their dominance on Erangel, securing their second Chicken Dinner of the day with 17 points. DO OR DIE collected 13 points and seven kills, while GodLike Esports found some form and grabbed nine crucial points.
In the Sanhok match, WSB Gaming emerged victorious with 19 points, thanks to Raiden’s four eliminations. Uprising Rivals showed improvement and garnered 13 points. GodLike and Orangutan Gaming posted six and four points, respectively.
The final match of the day on Erangel saw Orangutan Gaming register an impressive win, securing 20 points. Mystic and Team Galaxy collected 15 and 14 points, respectively, while WSB Gaming secured 13 points. Unfortunately, GodLike Esports couldn’t grab a single point.
With two more days remaining in the BGMI OnePlus Dominate Arena, the bottom-placed teams will need to improve their performance to climb up the leaderboard. Exciting matches and intense competition await as the tournament progresses.
