Vida V1 Plus Price
The Vida V1 Plus, a variant of the popular Vida electric scooter, has made a comeback in the Indian market. Hero MotoCorp, the manufacturer, has reintroduced the V1 Plus alongside the top-spec V1 Pro. Priced at Rs 1.15 lakh, the Vida V1 Plus is a more affordable option compared to the V1 Pro, which is priced at Rs 1.45 lakh.
Both the Vida V1 Plus and V1 Pro are powered by the same motor with a peak output of 6kW. However, there is a slight difference in the 0-40kph acceleration times, with the V1 Plus being 0.2 seconds slower. The Vida V1 Plus is equipped with a smaller 3.44kWh battery, providing a claimed range of 100km. On the other hand, the V1 Pro comes with a larger 3.94kWh battery, offering a range of 110km.
In terms of design, chassis, wheels, brakes, and features like the color and touchscreen display, the Vida V1 Plus and V1 Pro are identical. The Vida V1 Plus competes with other electric scooters in the market, such as the Ather 450 Plus and the Ola S1 Air.
It is worth noting that the prices mentioned above include the FAME II subsidy and the portable charger. In certain regions like Delhi, where additional subsidies are in effect, the price of the V1 Pro can be as low as Rs 97,800.
Overall, the Vida V1 Plus offers a more affordable option for those looking to enter the electric scooter market. With its comparable features and performance to the V1 Pro, it provides a compelling choice for eco-conscious commuters in India.
