The Ancient Jade Pendant is a new puzzle in Genshin Impact that can be found inside a ruin in the Chizhang Wall, Chenyu Vale. By solving this puzzle, players can obtain two Luxurious Chests, Common Chests, and two hidden achievements. However, before attempting the puzzle, you must first find two Fragrant Woods and two Jade Fragments and offer them to the mechanisms at the ruin.
To unlock the Ancient Jade Pendant, you need to find two Fragrant Woods and offer them to the Diffuser Inscription. The first Fragrant Wood, “Chizhang,” can be found at a ruin located south of the Statue of The Seven in Chizhang Wall. Defeat the mobs in the area and solve the puzzle by placing the pillars in their original spots. The second Fragrant Wood, “Huangcong,” is located in a ruin southeast of the Chizhang Wall. Defeat the Treasure Hoarders in the area and solve the puzzle by placing the pillars in the correct positions.
After obtaining the Fragrant Woods, head to the Diffuser Inscription in Chizhang Wall and offer both Fragrant Woods to open the gate of the ruin. Inside, defeat the Ruin Grader to unlock the Common Chests and Luxurious Chest. Then, offer the Jade Fragments to the Ancient Jade Pendant and use the adeptal energy to teleport to another location. Here, you can unlock two hidden achievements titled “The Mural Veil” and “A Ruined Tale” and find another Luxurious Chest.
