Prime Minister Narendra Modi awarded the winners of the National Creators Award 2024 on Friday, March 8, 2024. This prestigious award ceremony, in its first edition, took place at Bharat Mandapam, a convention centre in New Delhi. The Indian government initiated this brand new award programme to acknowledge and empower digital creators who are making a positive impact on society.
The National Creators Award 2024 received an overwhelming response with over 1.5 lakh nominations across 20 diverse categories. The selection process witnessed an astonishing 10 lakh votes, highlighting the immense popularity and influence of these digital creators. After careful deliberation, 23 winners were chosen, including three international creators, showcasing the global reach of Indian digital content.
The award categories encompassed a wide range of fields, recognizing the significant contributions of digital creators. Some of the categories included Best Storyteller, Disruptor of the Year, Celebrity Creator, Green Champion, Social Change Advocate, and more. This diversity underscores the profound impact that digital creators have on various aspects of Indian life, from entertainment and education to social change and environmental consciousness.

Jaya Kishori was honored as the Best Creator for Social Change, recognizing her efforts to make a positive impact on society through her digital platform. Kabita Singh, known for her popular channel “Kabita’s Kitchen,” received the award for Best Creator in the Food Category, acknowledging her culinary expertise and engaging content.
The National Creators Award 2024 also recognized international creators, with Drew Hicks being awarded as the Best International Creator. Kamiya Jani, known for her travel vlogs and captivating storytelling, was acknowledged as the Favourite Travel Creator.
Ranveer Allahbadia, popularly known as BeerBiceps, was honored as the Disruptor of the Year, highlighting his innovative and inspiring content. RJ Raunac, known for his character “Bauaa,” received the award for the Most Creative Creator-Male, while Shraddha was recognized as the Most Creative Creator-Female.
Other winners include Aridaman for Best Micro Creator, Nishchay for Best Creator in the Gaming Category, Ankit Baiyanpuria for Best Health and Fitness Creator, and Naman Deshmukh for Best Creator in Education Category. Jahnvi Singh was awarded as the Heritage Fashion Icon, and Malhar Kalambe received the Swachhta Ambassador award for his efforts in promoting cleanliness.
Gaurav Chaudhary, popularly known as Technical Guruji, was acknowledged as the Best Creator in the Tech Category. Maithili Thakur, a talented singer, was honored as the Cultural Ambassador of The Year. Pankti Pandey received the award for Favourite Green Champion, recognizing her commitment to environmental causes. Keerthika Govindasamy was awarded as the Best Storyteller, and Aman Gupta was acknowledged as the Celebrity Creator.
