Orangutan Gaming showcased their gaming prowess and secured the top position in the Semifinals of BGMI The Patriot Cup 2024. Led by Ash, the team delivered exceptional performances on Day 4, earning a total of 136 points. AKop and Drigger, two standout players from the squad, contributed significantly with 37 and 29 frags, respectively, across their 16 matches.
Following closely behind in second place was Global Esports, accumulating 123 points with 82 finishes. Beast from the team made his presence known with 32 crucial eliminations. Meanwhile, Team Soul, led by Manya, claimed the third spot with 123 points, showcasing their skills with 77 kills and two Chicken Dinners.
The Grand Finals of BGMI The Patriot Cup 2024 are set to begin on January 28, featuring the top 16 teams from the overall points table. These teams have battled their way through the Semifinals, which took place from January 23 to 26. Unfortunately, the bottom eight clubs were eliminated from the competition.
The finalists for the Grand Finals include Orangutan, Global Esports, Team Soul, Medal Esports, Reckoning Esports, WSB Gaming, TWM Gaming, OR Esports, Team Tamilas, Entity Gaming, Aerobotz Esports, Gods Reign, Hyderabad Hydras, Chemin Esports, GodLike Esports, and Autobotz Esports.
Medal Esports and Reckoning secured the fourth and fifth positions with 111 points each, closely followed by WSB Gaming and TWM Gaming with 109 and 108 points, respectively. OR Esports claimed the eighth spot with 101 points, 42 of which were earned through eliminations. Team Tamilas and Entity Gaming both garnered 94 points in their 16 matches. Gods Reign, Hyderabad Hydras, Chemin Esports, GodLike Esports, and Autobotz Esports secured their places in the Grand Finals by a narrow margin.
Unfortunately, the following teams were unable to qualify for the Finals: Carnival Gaming, Team Joker, Revenant Esports, Team 8Bit, Hydra Esports, Aslaa Esports, Enigma Gaming, and Team XSpark.
As the Grand Finals approach, all eyes will be on these top teams as they battle it out for the ultimate victory in BGMI The Patriot Cup 2024.
