Hero MotoCorp has recently released a teaser image of its upcoming 440cc bike, the Mavrick 440. Developed in partnership with Harley-Davidson, this new motorcycle is set to make a splash in the Indian market. The teaser image offers a sneak peek into the design philosophy of the Hero Mavrick 440.

From the teaser image, we can see that the Mavrick 440 will sport a low-set circular LED headlamp with an H-shaped daytime running light (DRL). The muscular styling of the bike is evident, with a beefy fuel tank featuring pronounced extensions. The tail section appears to be sleeker, accompanied by a single-piece seat. Additionally, the teaser hints at a circular instrument cluster, reminiscent of the one found on the X440.

Under the hood, the Hero Mavrick 440 will utilize a 440cc, oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine borrowed from the Harley Davidson X440. However, it is expected to receive a slightly different tuning. The X440’s engine delivers 27bhp and 38Nm of peak torque, coupled with a six-speed gearbox.

The Hero Mavrick 440 is scheduled to be launched in India on January 23rd. With an expected price tag of under Rs. 2 lakh (ex-showroom), it will compete against popular models such as the Harley-Davidson X440, Royal Enfield Classic 350, Jawa 350, and the Honda CB350.

Stay tuned for more updates on the Hero Mavrick 440 as we approach its launch date.
