Hero Motocorp unveiled a special edition of the Karizma XMR at the recent Hero World event. This event also marked the launch of the Xtreme 125R and the showcasing of the Mavrick 440. The special edition Karizma XMR is a tribute to Hero Motocorp’s founder, Dr. Brijmohan Lall Munjal, and celebrates his 100th birth anniversary. Limited to just 100 units, this special edition bike will be available for sale starting this July.
The Karizma CE001, as it is called, features several unique elements that set it apart from the standard model. The design pays homage to the original Karizma, with a quarter-fairing reminiscent of its predecessor. Most of the body panels on the CE001 are made of carbon fiber, giving it a sleek and sporty look.
In addition to the carbon-fiber body panels, the Karizma CE001 boasts a range of premium features. It is equipped with Pirelli tires for enhanced grip and stability. The bike also features an Akrapovic exhaust muffler, adding to its performance and style. The hydraulic clutch and CNC-milled components further enhance the bike’s overall performance and aesthetics.
The Karizma CE001 is powered by the same liquid-cooled, 210cc, single-cylinder engine as the Karizma XMR. It is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and features a hydraulic actuator for the clutch. The bike’s suspension system includes a USD fork and an Ohlins monoshock, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride.
With its limited production and exclusive features, the Karizma CE001 is set to become a collector’s item for motorcycle enthusiasts. This special edition bike not only pays tribute to the visionary founder of Hero Motocorp but also showcases the brand’s commitment to innovation and excellence in the two-wheeler industry.
