Team Tamilas Takes the Lead in Skyesports BGMI Champions Series 2024 Semifinals
Team Tamilas emerged as the frontrunners after an impressive performance on Day 2 of the Skyesports BGMI Champions Series 2024 Semifinals. Led by MrIGL, the squad secured two Chicken Dinners on February 29, 2024, propelling them to the top of the overall standings with 96 points.
Following closely behind, Entity Gaming claimed the second spot with 94 points, while Team Soul secured the third position with 78 points. Orangutan held onto the fourth spot with 66 points, and Enigma Gaming delivered exceptional performances to secure the fifth rank with 65 points. Reckoning and Dragon Esports managed to accumulate 62 points each.
GodLike Esports and Gods Reign both secured 45 points each in the first two days of the Semifinals. Blind Esports, led by Aadi, collected 37 points and 19 kills, while Team XSpark accumulated 29 points in eight matches. Hydra Official struggled in the first two days, scoring only 17 points.
On Day 2, Team Tamilas started strong with a spectacular victory in the first game on Erangel, earning 17 points. Team 8Bit followed closely with 11 points, while OR Esports garnered 10 points. Medal managed to secure only five points, and Encore emerged as the top player in the match with four kills.
In the second game on Miramar, Enigma Gaming secured their first win with 25 points. Dragon Esports and Team Soul posted 14 and 12 points, respectively. Team Tamilas and Reckoning accumulated 10 points each. BGMI star Punkk showcased exceptional gameplay with five eliminations.
Moving on to the third match on Sanhok, MrIGL led Team Tamilas to a dominant 18-point Chicken Dinner. Entity Gaming and Orangutan secured 14 and 13 points, respectively, from this intense battle. Blind Esports grabbed 10 points, while GodLike Esports and Gods Reign added seven points each to their names.
In the fourth match on Erangel, Entity Gaming sealed their third Chicken Dinner of the Semifinals with 19 points. Big Brother scored 12 points, thanks to their BGMI pro Saif’s four kills. Dragon Esports, Gods Reign, and Enigma Gaming secured 10 points each, while Team Soul clinched nine points, including seven kills.
Underdog squad Dragon Esports pulled off a stunning 21-point victory in the fifth match on Vikendi. Aerobotz acquired 19 important points, while Team Tamilas and Bot Army secured 10 points each. GodLike earned nine points, with eight coming from eliminations.
In the final match on Miramar, Reckoning Esports registered an 18-point victory. Enigma Gaming plundered 11 points, while Big Brother gained 10 points. Team Soul, unfortunately, was eliminated early on and managed to secure only two points in this game.
With Team Tamilas leading the pack, the Skyesports BGMI Champions Series 2024 Semifinals promises more thrilling battles as the teams continue to vie for the top spot.
